Phoenix are pleased to again team up with Initum Construction to deliver this prestigious Residential new build development in Repton Derby. Phoenix will carry out all Internal Partition & Ceiling works including bespoke lighting troughs, blind boxes, shadow gap skirting & door details. Our Drywall division are thrilled to further collaborate with our supply chain to offer premium finishes and are eager to see the finished results for handover.
