Phoenix Brickwork were originally appointed by McLaren Construction to build new production building, Block96 at Lode Lane, Solihull. Due to the success of this project, Vinci Construction, who Phoenix had worked for before and were also working at the Lode Lane site in a different area, awarded Phoenix the Body In White production line and VIP Entrance masonry package. Some months after this, Interserve Construction awarded Phoenix the Body In White production line suspended plant rooms at Castle Bromwich.
