Phoenix were appointed to construct the new Byron House student accommodation in Nottingham for Vinci Construction. There are 120,000nr of 3 different mixed types of hand-made bricks tied back to a concrete structure with internal paint grade blockwork to all plant decks. The project faced the usual challenges of a busy city centre site that were effectively managed by Vinci Construction/Phoenix Brickwork to bring the scheme to a successful climax.
