CONTRACTOR BAM Construction

Phoenix Brickwork were appointed to supply and fix brickwork, blockwork, stonework and secondary steel at Sheffield Retail Quarter for BAM Construction. The development consists of 200,000 blocks, 500sq.m of Natural Stone cladding and over a kilometre of windposts to create 160,000 sq ft of office space and around 57,500 sq feet of retail space and will become the new offices for HSBC. Through Phoenix Brickwork's ties with Sheffield College Bricklaying department, we were able to contribute 4,000 apprentice hours to BAMs Local Employment targets.
