Phoenix Brickwork (UK) Ltd secured the masonry and natural stonework package for the construction of Banbury Gateway Retail Park, off Junction 11 of the M40. 150,000 140mm blocks were laid and 700sq.m of Natural Great Tew Iron Stone was set inside a 20week programme. McLaren Construction were delighted with Phoenix’s design and value engineering input as well as performance and have since awarded further schemes to Phoenix.
