Phoenix were selected to build this large, labour intensive project by Kier Construction due to their proven track record of meeting tight programmes without compromising quality or safety. The sports centre houses a multi purpose sports hall suitable for a range of sporting activities up to national level, three glass backed squash courts with spectator gallery and viewing area, two multi purpose studios, a floodlit 3G pitch and a 120 station fitness suite.
