Phoenix Brickwork were appointed by Willmott Dixon Construction to build a three storey retirement apartment traditionally built out of brick, block and stone as well as the exact re-instatement of the stone main entrance which was carefully dismantled when demolishing the old swimming pool which used to stand on this site.
